VALUE ASSESSMENT
Following an on-site or virtual visit, we make a value assessment of the property based on its size, location, access and condition. This value opinion also includes a presentation of the current market in the neighborhood where your property is located.
CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION
Once we have the mandate to sell you property, we then:
- Take professional photos
- Create of marketing documentation
- Confirm with you the administrative aspects of your file in order to verify the elements which could be missing to go into escrow and close on the sale
- If necessary, we take care of missing legally required diagnostics
- We provide you with a bi-monthly report: number of visits carried out and number of requests for information (email and telephone) for your property
- Introduce you, if necessary, to the different specialists required for your transaction (notaries and lawyers).
-We accompany for the signature of the preliminary sales agreement and the final deed. We can provide a power of attorney service if you are not able to attend the signing in person.
Additional services
- Overseeing property renovation in order to sell your property at a higher price. MR Agency Real Estate can advance these renovation costs, which are then reimbursed at the time of the sale.
